Respondents

Lucid People conducts market research with the general public.

Market Research gives consumers the opportunity to give your opinions and feedback about services, products or concepts covering many different topics. The insights that are generated are vital in the manufacturing, service and marketing process and can shape the way a product is designed, developed or advertised and the customer service received. Market Researchers are curious about people’s opinions and ask questions.

The purpose is always for genuine market research – we are not trying to sell anything to participants. The answers you give us are completely confidential, used for market research purposes only. We may use your first name, contact details and your responses to the market research with third party companies who have commissioned the market research that you take part in, however it will be limited to what is absolutely necessary for the project and not for any other purpose. All third-party suppliers (such as recruitment partners) are required to comply with UK GDPR and act only on our instructions. They are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We will also seek your permission before passing on contact details or personal information. Any data will be transferred and stored securely in line with GDPR regulations. We will always be fully transparent in what we are asking you to do and how the information will be used.

We do not use your data for marketing, sales, or any non-research purpose and we do not sell personal data.

Data Breaches
Should a data breach occur that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify you and the ICO in accordance with UK GDPR.
