Innovation depends on being intellectually honest

  • by Rachel Clare
  • on March 21, 2023

A fresh external perspective on your existing data and insight is such a great start point for creating a safe space to challenge orthodoxies. An inspirational ‘Knowledge Review’ helps establish a shared language within the team for why you are where you are – a little bit of ‘rear view mirror’ is always useful before you pull into the future fast lane ;-). We often find evidence of overlooked assets and attributes that offer a springboard for a creative, credible shift away from what you’ve always done to something much more motivating and relevant for your audience. It’s often *just* a question of intellectual honesty about what you already know, and what it really means.
